Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely through encrypted payment processors.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please email us at voice@carissie.com as soon as possible with your order number. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled — you'll need to initiate a return instead.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a second email with tracking information once your order ships. If you don't receive a confirmation within an hour, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

All CARISSIE jewelry arrives in an elegant branded gift box at no extra charge — perfect for gifting as-is. We do not currently offer additional gift wrapping services.

Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is completely free on every order, worldwide. No minimum purchase required.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days for US orders and 10–25 business days for international orders, depending on your location. See our Shipping Policy for a full breakdown by region.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. See our Shipping Policy for details.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 7 business days, please contact us and we'll investigate.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 60-day hassle-free return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition with all packaging and certification. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Can I exchange my ring for a different size?

What if I receive a defective item?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at voice@carissie.com with a photo of the defect and your order number. We'll ship a replacement within 48 hours at no cost to you. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.

What is moissanite?

Moissanite is a lab-created gemstone that surpasses diamond in brilliance and fire. It has a refractive index of 2.65 (vs. diamond's 2.42) and a hardness of 9.25 on the Mohs scale, making it one of the hardest and most brilliant gemstones in the world. Learn more on our Why Moissanite page.

Is your moissanite certified?

Yes. Every CARISSIE moissanite stone comes with a certificate from the American Gemological Laboratories (AGL), verifying its authenticity, cut quality, and specifications.

What metal are your pieces made of?

All CARISSIE jewelry is crafted from 925 Sterling Silver with a thick 18K Gold plating. We offer three finishes: 18K White Gold, Yellow Gold, and Rose Gold.

Will the gold plating wear off?

With proper care, our 18K gold plating maintains its beauty for a long time. To maximize its lifespan, avoid contact with water, chemicals, perfumes, and lotions while wearing your jewelry. See our Jewelry Care Guide for detailed tips.

What ring sizes do you offer?

We offer Women's sizes 5–9 and Men's sizes 8–12. If you need a size outside this range, please contact us and we'll do our best to help. Use our Ring Size Guide to find your perfect fit.

Care & Maintenance

How should I care for my jewelry?

Remove your jewelry before swimming, showering, exercising, or applying lotions and perfumes. Clean it gently with warm water and mild soap, and store each piece separately in a cool, dry place. For a complete guide, visit our Jewelry Care page.

Does CARISSIE jewelry come with a warranty?

Yes. All CARISSIE jewelry is backed by a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects such as stones falling out, structural defects, and plating issues within the first 90 days. See our Warranty Policy for full details.

Can moissanite get cloudy or dull over time?

No. Unlike cubic zirconia, moissanite does not cloud, dull, or lose its brilliance over time. It is a lifetime stone. Regular cleaning will keep it sparkling like the day you received it.
