1-Year Product Warranty

Warranty Policy

CARISSIE stands behind the quality of every piece we sell. All CARISSIE jewelry is backed by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use.

What's Covered

  • Stone falling out: If a moissanite stone becomes loose or falls out of its setting during normal wear within the warranty period.
  • Structural defects: Breakage, cracking, or deformation of the band or setting that occurs under normal wearing conditions.
  • Plating defects (within 90 days): Significant peeling, flaking, or discoloration of the 18K gold plating that occurs within 90 days of purchase under normal wear conditions.
  • Tarnishing: Unusual or premature tarnishing of the sterling silver base that occurs under normal wear and proper care conditions.

What's Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear: Minor scratches, natural patina, or gradual fading that occurs with regular use over time.
  • Misuse or abuse: Damage resulting from dropping, bending, crushing, or otherwise mishandling the jewelry.
  • Unauthorized repairs or alterations: Damage caused by resizing, engraving, or repairs performed by anyone other than CARISSIE.
  • Natural plating wear after 90 days: Gradual thinning of gold plating beyond the 90-day plating coverage period is considered normal wear. See our Jewelry Care Guide for tips on extending the life of your plating.
  • Chemical or environmental damage: Damage from exposure to chlorine, saltwater, cleaning chemicals, perfumes, lotions, or other harsh substances.
  • Loss or theft: This warranty does not cover lost or stolen items.
  • Items purchased from unauthorized sellers: The warranty applies only to jewelry purchased directly from carissie.com.

How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact us: Email voice@carissie.com with the subject line "Warranty Claim" and include:
    • Your order number
    • A clear description of the defect
    • 2–3 photos clearly showing the issue (close-up and full item)
  2. Review: Our team will review your claim within 2 business days and respond with a determination.
  3. Resolution: If your claim is approved, we will ship a replacement piece at no cost to you. In some cases, we may request that you return the defective item before or after receiving the replacement.

Important Notes

  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) is required for all warranty claims.
  • CARISSIE reserves the right to determine whether a defect is covered under this warranty.
  • Replacement items are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
