Return & Refund Policy
At CARISSIE, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 60-day hassle-free return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The return request is made within 60 days of the delivery date.
- The item is in its original, unworn condition with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
- All original packaging, tags, and the AGL certificate are included.
- The item was purchased directly from CARISSIE (carissie.com).
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been worn, resized, engraved, or altered in any way.
- Items without original packaging or certification.
- Gift cards.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at voice@carissie.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and your reason for the return.
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return shipping address.
- Pack your item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges & Free Size Exchanges
Need a different size? We offer free size exchanges on all rings. Simply email us at voice@carissie.com with your order number and the size you need. We'll provide instructions and ship your new size at no additional cost.
For exchanges to a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at voice@carissie.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo or video clearly showing the defect or error
- A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement shipment within 48 hours of confirming the defect — at no cost to you. In some cases, we may not require you to return the defective item.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after the processing window, please:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact your bank or credit card company — processing times can vary.
- If you've done both and still haven't received your refund, email us at voice@carissie.com and we'll investigate promptly.
