Shipping Policy

CARISSIE offers free standard shipping worldwide on every order — no minimum purchase required. We want your jewelry to reach you safely and as quickly as possible, no matter where you are.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped from our warehouse.

During peak seasons (holidays, promotions), processing times may extend by 1–2 additional business days. We appreciate your patience during these periods.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimated from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location and local postal service conditions.

Order Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details. You can use this number to monitor your package's progress through the carrier's website.

If your tracking information hasn't updated in more than 7 business days, please contact us at voice@carissie.com with your order number, and we'll investigate on your behalf.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. CARISSIE has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for information on potential charges before placing your order.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to reship the order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at voice@carissie.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number and any relevant photos. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please be aware that delivery to these addresses may take longer than the estimates listed above.
