Products & Pricing

  • All products listed on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
  • Prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
  • We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately. However, actual colors may vary depending on your device's display settings.
  • In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and will notify you promptly with the option to reorder at the correct price.
  • All moissanite stones are AGL (American Gemological Laboratories) certified. Certificates are included with every purchase.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. We accept the following payment methods:

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order but does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when your order ships and you receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in King County, Washington.

You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action or representative proceeding.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
